CoreZEN is a dynamic, flowing one-hour practice fusing elements from Tai-Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Qi-Gong.
Carefully choreographing no impact techniques cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus, muscular and
cardiovascular endurance, resulting in a fun class that effectively lowers your BMI over time.

This class might be using old teachings, yet by bringing all its elements together, this class offers a new step
above your regular Yoga or Pilates practice. The techniques in this class activate your core first, making your
center stronger; then wake up your entire body and create new neuro-muscular connections, shaping your body
by using your mind.

ASD Swim Program

$39/ Member

This swim program is designed around the communication and sensory needs of children on the austism spectrum. We will utilize visual schedules, social stories and teach in small groups. Classes will be scheduled during less busy pool times. Children will learn to be safe in and around the pool area. Emphasis will be on safety, having fun and making new friends. This is a great opportunity to meet other children with ASD.

Session 1 June 20th - June 29th
Session 2 July 25th - August 3rd

Beginners 8:30-9:00am
Intermediate 9:15-9:45am

PostPartum Class

This 6 week long class (12 sessions), will dive into the postpartum period for moms from 6 weeks up to 1 year postpartum, but for any "mama" who is still experiencing core and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Goals: To begin and/or return to functional movements. To heal physically, mentally, and emotionally after giving birth. To connect with mothers who have recently given birth. To feel empowered and confident.

1on1 Personal Training

If you want to improve an olympic lift, work on a certain skill or simply to take your fitness to the next level, you can set up 1 on 1 training with any coach of your choice.

$60 for 1 hour - 1 on 1
$30 for 1/2 hour - 1 on 1
