From overwhelmed to inspired

What do you consider to be wellness? According to health expert Mary Jayne Rogers, Ph.D., wellness may not be what you think it is. It is not about going on an extreme diet or getting down to a specific weight. Instead, its about treating your body with respect and making mindful choices about your health. Wellness encompasses both the physical and psychological whole person. With From Overwhelmed to Inspired, Rogers teaches readers how to recognize personal wellness and empowers them to make healthy choices in their lives. She can help you discover peace, contentment, and greater self esteem as you nurture your body, mind, and soul.
