STRONG by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster. This format is VERY different from the latin based dance of Zumba. STRONG by Zumba has been set up as a separate entity from Zumba dance fitness programming. STRONG is High Intensity Interval Training that will tap into a very different demographic from Zumba. The appeal of STRONG will be participants wanting HIIT, bootcamp, crossfit, cardio and the like.

Aquaerobics is an enjoyable way to exercise while toning and trimming. Rhythmic water exercises are a wonderful way to keep in shape. This hour-long class takes place in the shallow end of the competition pool, which serves as an added resistance force.
