Better Balance & Mobility for Seniors

April 12-May 19
$120 Member/$180 Nonmember

A gentle, flowing, and progressive standing movement class designed to systematically improve full body awareness, mobility and balance. This twice weekly class is 30-40 minutes in length and open to all who could benefit from increased flexibility, dynamic balance and a novel movement practice.

Mom and Me* Yoga

Thursdays May 4 - June 8, 2-3pm
$80 members / $100 non-members

Nurture yourself with a yoga practice designed to help you soothe tension and regain strength while bonding with your baby. Tailored to moms with babies approximately 6 weeks to 18 months old. The poses offered in this class emphasize the special considerations postnatal bodies can deeply benefit from. Spending time with new moms is another benefit of this class.

May National Meditation Month

National meditation month is a positive way to bring awareness to the benefits of meditation for your mind, body and spirit. Whether you are just beginning a mediation practice or re-energizing an existing one, please join meditation instructor, Rennie Maguire in developing your systematic practice. This one day workshop uses a classical yoga method. Following a series of steps, you will learn to regulate your breath, focus your attention, quiet your nervous system, ease body tension and gradually develop inner peace.

Aquaerobics

Aquaerobics is an enjoyable way to exercise while toning and trimming. Rhythmic water exercises are a wonderful way to keep in shape. This hour-long class takes place in the shallow end of the competition pool, which serves as an added resistance force.
