STRONG by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster. This format is VERY different from the latin based dance of Zumba. STRONG by Zumba has been set up as a separate entity from Zumba dance fitness programming. STRONG is High Intensity Interval Training that will tap into a very different demographic from Zumba. The appeal of STRONG will be participants wanting HIIT, bootcamp, crossfit, cardio and the like.

Trim While They Swim

June 5th-30th
M/W/F 8:30-9:30 a.m.
$125 members $169 non-members

Enjoy the summer with FAT-BLASTING bootcamps! As a parent, your time is limited - so while your children are in swim team practice, why not take advantage and use this time to get an amazing workout! Trim While They Swim is open to everyone. Our expert trainer Hallie Young will make sure you get the most out of your workout to start your day on the right foot!

KidFit

June 5th - June 28th
Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:15-6pm
$89/members - $115/non-members

An invigorating class geared specifically for kids 6-12 years of age. Our expert trainer Nick has developed a cardiovascular, strength, and fitness training program with an exciting and unique approach! Your kids will be engaged in a safe and action-packed environment! Let them experience how enjoyable fitness and working out can be. Classes are 45 minutes each session, 2 times per week, for 4 weeks. Strong Like Mom

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 3.30-4.30pm | June 6th-29th
Mom & 1 kid = $150 | Mom & 2 kids = $200 | Mom & 3+ kids = $225

This class offers busy moms the best of both worlds: connect with your kids AND get in a great workout, all at the same time! Strong Like Mom is an exercise class designed for mothers and their children (ages 7+). Be a great role-model to your kids, and demonstrate the importance and FUN of exercising and staying fit. This class is taught by JCC personal trainer, triathlete and mother-of-three Erin McDaniel, who knows a thing or two about staying active with a family! Triathlon Training

Group sessions Sundays at 7:30am | June 11th-July 30th
6-week training course in preparation for the Socorro Triathlon on August 5th
$125 members | $155 non-members

Want to finish your first triathlon or improve your PR? This 6-week program will get you into tip-top-tri shape just in time for the Socorro Triathlon on August 5th. Training sessions will include: 2 x swim sessions, 2 x bike/run sessions, 1 x treadmill session and 1 x trail run session. The JCC’s expert triathlon coach, Barry Field, will guide you to your best performance, designing you a customized 6-week training plan and supporting you from start to finish line!
