Ski and Snowboard Conditioning

Mondays and Wednesdays 6:15 to 7:15pm
Members- $145 Non-Members- $165

Don’t miss out on fresh lines this ski season because you are out of gas after your first few runs down the mountain! Join our Ski & Snowboard Conditioning Class and prepare your body for the rigors of maneuvering through powder and ice on your skis or snowboard. This 6-week training program, led by JCC trainer and winter sports enthusiast Katie Nunnally, is designed around specific ski and snowboard movements and aims to improve your aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, agility, power, balance, and flexibility. Conditioning the body for these extreme winter sports can reduce your chances of injury, improve your performance on the mountain, and give you the confidence to crush it that first day back on the hill!
