Karate For Kids

Our goal is to teach the fundamentals of Shotokan Karate. This includes: Kata, Kihon and Kumite. Our students will learn self-defense, self-awareness, coordination, flexibility, self discipline. They will develop self-confidence, self-esteem and self-control.

Mondays 4:15-5pm age 4-8
Mondays 5-5:45pm age 9-13
$49/members - $75/non-members

An invigorating class geared specifically for kids 4-13 years of age. Our expert trainer Nick has developed a cardiovascular, strength, and fitness training program with an exciting and unique approach! Your kids will be engaged in a safe and action-packed environment! Let them experience how enjoyable fitness and working out can be. Classes are 45 minutes each session, once per week, for six weeks.
