This four-session course, taught by Dr. Mary Jayne Rogers, will teach you how to access your Pelvic Floor and how control of the Pelvic Floor can: *Diminish incontinence*Prevent Organ prolapse*Enhance the function of your core*Help stabilize your pelvis*

At the end of the course, you will come away with the understanding and the exercises you need to help you increase your pelvic floor tone and experience the benefits of a healthy Vital Pelvic Floor. Please come dressed to move and bring your own yoga mat.
