Linda’s experience includes over 35 years of weight training. Linda has been a competitive bodybuilder as well as a competitive runner, from 5Ks to marathons. As Linda says, “It’s nice to look good, but the bottom line is about aging gracefully and well, by maintaining a consistently healthy lifestyle.”
