More About Mark: Mark is an avid traveler who has visited 100 countries and all 50 States.  His sports background includes playing Division 1 soccer at the University of Notre Dame, competing in numerous trail-running events (Pikes Peak Ascent, La Luz, Bataan, Imogene Pass) and sprint triathlons, and climbing mountains such as Mt. Kilimanjaro and about a dozen of the Colorado 14ers.  After getting a heart arrythmia diagnosis in his early 40s, he now enjoys a more balanced (and much shorter!) exercise routine that includes strength training, HIIT, swimming, biking, jogging, stretching, and trying to keep up with his teenage son.  Mark is in the process of completing his Yoga Teacher Training (RYS-200) certification and looks forward to being one of the most inflexible yoga instructors that you’ll meet.
