    5520 FX

    What 5520 FX Is About

    5520 FX (Functional Exercise) is a small-group strength and conditioning program designed to challenge you safely while helping you discover just how capable you are.

    Using functional movements, progressive strength training, and expert coaching, each class supports improved strength, mobility, endurance, and confidence—both inside and outside the gym.

    While the workouts may look intense, everything is scaled to your ability level, making 5520 FX accessible for a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and fitness experience.

    What to Expect

    Participants can expect:

    • Coach-led, structured workouts

    • Strength and conditioning using functional movements

    • Scalable exercises for all fitness levels

    • Ongoing support from Certified Coaches

    $75/ a month

    This will be an additional fee added to your current JCC membership.

    A punch card gets you 10 classes. Cards can be purchased/picked up at Membership Office.
