* If you commit to a 12-month Annual Contract, the registration fee will be waived. Month-to-month contracts will pay a $50 registration fee upon sign-up.
** If Annual Contract membership is cancelled before the 12 month commitment is complete, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. Month-to-month contract will not be charged a cancellation fee. Membership cancellation requires 30 day notice. There will be one last draft the month following cancellation. *** Month-to-month minimum membership duration is three months. |

Important note: For individual adult memberships (ages 30-64), we kindly request members who are approaching the age of 65 to contact our Membership Office to notify us of their upcoming age change. Our current system will not automatically process age adjustments. Please note that refunds will not be issued if the membership office is not properly notified of the age change.
**First Responder Membership**
First Responder rates apply to First Responders working for the following agencies:
- Albuquerque Fire and Rescue
- Albuquerque Ambulance
- Albuquerque Police Department
- Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office
- Bernalillo County Fire Department
- New Mexico State Police
First Responder Individual $198 annually
First Responder Family monthly $59 per month
First Responder Family annual $700 annually
Proof of employment is required.
