Group Fitness Schedule

Register via the website using the live schedule below (We highly recommend using Firefox as your web browser):
1. Wait for schedule and available classes to load (this may take a minute)
2. Filter using the 1st drop down menu by selecting the category for your class format (Group Fitness, Zen, Spin or Aqua Fitness)
3. You can filter further by using the 2nd and 3rd drop down menus and selecting by class name and instructor
4. Once you find your class, select “sign up” to reserve a time slot
5. Create a login or sign in to your account to make your reservation
6. Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. If you cannot attend, please CANCEL your reservation to release your spot
