Bone Health Foundations
6-week introductory series
Dates: April 4-May 9, 2026

Best for: New participants
This class explores the foundations of spine and bone health, focusing on evidence-based methods to increase bone mineral density, build muscle, and reduce fracture risk. Participants will learn how the body’s systems work together to support bone health, including the important role of gut health.
Each week covers a different aspect of bone and spine wellness, beginning with a brief overview of the topic followed by 40 minutes of targeted exercise. By the end of the six weeks, you’ll leave with your own personalized spine and bone health workout plan.
Bone Health Lab
6-week continuation series
Prerequisite: Completion of Bone Health Foundations
Dates: April 4-May 9, 2026
Pricing: $95 members | $125 non-members
Best for: Returning participants who completed Foundations
Bone Health Lab is designed for participants who have already completed Bone Health Foundations and are ready to continue building strength, stability, and confidence. This next-step program reinforces key bone health principles while progressing movement, technique, and consistency in a supportive setting.
Each session includes focused education and guided exercise designed to help participants deepen their understanding of spine and bone health while continuing to strengthen the body in practical, sustainable ways.
