What This Course Is About
This 6-week Golf Fitness Course is designed to help golfers move better, swing stronger, and perform more consistently on the course. Training focuses on golf-specific strength, mobility, and power while incorporating simulated play to ensure workouts directly translate to your golf game.
Led by JCC personal trainer, golfer, and Golf Fitness Specialist Chris Blackwell, this program blends performance training with practical movement patterns used in real play.
What You’ll Work On
Participants will train using a combination of:

Flexibility and mobility work for improved range of motion

Kettlebell and dumbbell exercises for strength and control

Cable and band work to reinforce rotational mechanics

Landmine training for power and stability

Medicine ball drills to develop explosive force

Simulated play to connect training to on-course performance
Who This Course Is For
This course is ideal for golfers of all levels looking to improve distance, consistency, and overall performance while reducing the risk of injury. Exercises are coached and scaled to meet individual needs and experience levels.
