Aquatics – Teen Programs

Lifeguard Certification courses provide teens with the skills, training, and confidence needed to take on a meaningful leadership role in aquatics. Water Polo Training introduces swimmers to the fast-paced, high-energy sport of water polo while building strength, endurance, and teamwork. The JCC Orcas Swim Team offers teens the opportunity to compete, improve performance, and be part of a team that values commitment, sportsmanship, and personal growth. As members of the Sundance Swim League, swimmers train consistently and compete in weekly meets against teams across the state. Designed for teens who can swim one full length of the pool independently, Orcas is a great fit for swimmers looking to build speed, endurance, confidence, and lasting friendships—both in and out of the water.

Swim Skills Clinic is a focused, short-term program designed to refine technique and boost performance. Swimmers work on stroke efficiency, starts, turns, endurance, and pacing while receiving targeted feedback from experienced coaches. This clinic is ideal for teens preparing for swim team, returning to the pool after time away, or looking to level up their swimming in a structured but low-pressure setting.
