Boot Camp: Fun, high energy workout incorporating cardio, weights, speed and agility drills.Keep burning fat long after the workout.
Burn 60: This class consists of cardiovascular training with added functional training. Activate your metabolism & burn some calories.
Cardio Blast: A fat burning, cardiovascular workout. Improve your endurance with jumps, burpees and calisthenics.
Cardio Salsa: A cardio dance class utilizing salsa moves with motivating latin music and world beats.
Cardio Kickboxing: Build stamina with this high-energy workout that challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike combining martial arts techniques to improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle.
Circuit Challenge: Maximize your effort with a total body workout in a series of high intensity circuits that work every inch of your body.
Fit Ball: Total body conditioning using the Fitness Ball with emphasis on core strength training.
Fit 2 Move: This class is geared for all ages and levels. Exercises are adapted to your condition to increase mobility, flexibility, strength and coordination. There is an optional chair use.
Full Body Workout: A full body workout that combines sculpting with muscle endurance and cardio.
Muscle Hour: Non-aerobic isolated strengthening work using a variety of resistance equipment to tone and shape the entire body.
Muscle Step: A cardiovascular workout using slow controlled movements using handheld weights for a full body workout.
Power Flex: High repetitions in a total barbell workout that challenges all muscle groups to improve definition, strength and endurance.
Power Flex Combo: Similar to Power Flex, this class alternates upper and lower body exercises using the barbell and incorporating other equipment for a total body workout.
Power Sculpt: a total body conditioning class using free weights, body bars, bands & high reps to challenge you while utilizing all of the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body.
REBEL Bootcamp: A strength, core and cardio conditioning class combining proper muscle strengthening methods with cardio bursts, based on kickboxing and endurance building techniques, all set to a hard rockin’ soundtrack.
R.E.P.S. (Resistance-Endurance-Power-Strength): This non-stop intense endurance workout using a variety of resistance equipment to increase your muscular strength, enhance your core and cardiovascular fitness.
Ultimate Intervals: This workout will alternate periods of high-intensity exercise with low-intensity recovery periods—increases fitness and burns more calories over a short period of time than steady-state cardio.
Waist Up: Sculpt and condition arms, chest, back and core. Everything from the waist up!
Zumba: A dance class that fuses hypnotic Latin & international musical rhythms & tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout that is fun & easy to do.

Beginning Yoga: Learn the foundational yoga poses with attention to breath, alignment and safety. Build strength and flexibility while developing therapeutic and relaxation methods to release stress in the mind and body.
Chair Yoga: This class is part of our Fit 2 Move program adding the mind body component to a three part weekly workout using a chair.
Pilates Mat: A total mind-body conditioning program designed to improve posture, flexibility, core strength and stability.
Yoga: A fresh exploration for the physical, mental and spiritual body through the practice of yoga postures & breathing techniques to transform mind and body. Develop and maintain strength, flexibility and balance for health and well-being.
Yoga for Athletes: Designed to enhance your performance in any sport or activity, Yoga for Athletes will help you improve all aspects of your fitness; balance & flexibility, range of motion, focus and determination. This is a challenging class where you can expect to sweat!
Classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted and may be modified for all fitness levels. Please bring water and a towel.
