Ready to take your fitness to the next level? The 42-Day SHRED Challenge is a six-week body transformation program designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and burn excess fat in a supportive group environment.
Led by JCC trainer Hallie Young, this program combines outdoor workouts, accountability, and expert guidance to help you stay motivated and achieve real results.
Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to push past a plateau, the SHRED Challenge is designed for all fitness levels.
