What This Workshop Is About
Sitting at desks, long walks, cycling, standing for extended periods, and even wearing unsupportive or heeled shoes can cause chronic tightness in the hips and hamstrings.
In Happy Hips & Hamstrings, we’ll work directly with these areas using:

Breathwork to encourage relaxation and release

Myofascial self-massage to address tight tissue

Gentle yoga postures to strengthen and lengthen safely
This workshop is suitable for all levels and focuses on comfort, awareness, and sustainable movement—not pushing or forcing flexibility.
What to Bring / Know

Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement

Therapy balls are required

Otherwise, therapy balls will be provided or ordered for you
