This isn’t just a workout program—it’s preparation for the real demands of police and fire academy training.

Our Tactical Training program is designed for individuals pursuing careers in law enforcement, fire service, or anyone ready to train at a higher standard. Every session is built to improve strength, endurance, and resilience under fatigue.


What You’ll Train

You’ll develop real-world strength and conditioning through:

  • Barbell strength training
  • Loaded carries (sandbags)
  • Rope climbs & grip work
  • Timed endurance runs
  • Rowing intervals
  • Plyometric power training
  • Bodyweight standards (push-ups, pull-ups, core)

This program focuses on performance under fatigue, not just reps on paper.
