More About Kathryn
After battling off and on with her weight and consistency in nutrition/exercise, Kathryn made a decision to switch careers and return to college. She chose exercise science as an avenue to not only keep her on the path of wellness, but also help others incorporate healthy behaviors into their lives. Kathryn knows that everyone’s “story” is different which is why she approaches every client as the unique individual they are and develops a plan based on their goals, history and schedule. In her spare time she enjoys staying active with whatever sounds good for the day, catching up with her 2 adult sons as well as all her family and friends back in Ohio.
