Sienna Valdez

EDUCATION:

Sienna is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and a certified Pilates Reformer instructor. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Exercise Science and Wellness in May 2026 and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science at NMSU, with an expected graduation date of May 2028. After completing her bachelor’s degree, she plans to attend UNM to earn her master’s and doctoral degrees in Occupational Therapy. She is also working toward her Pilates Mat and Spin certifications.

FOCUSES:

Functional strength training, Pilates, running, agility and power training, HIIT, balance training, and mobility.

MORE ABOUT SIENNA:

Sienna is passionate about helping people make positive changes through exercise and discover their happiest, healthiest selves. She grew up playing soccer, karate, gymnastics, and dance, with soccer remaining her favorite sport throughout high school, where she lettered all four years. Outside the gym, she enjoys hiking with her dog, fishing, running, and biking. In the future, she hopes to join the Peace Corps, where she can travel, learn new languages, and provide rehabilitation services to communities with limited access to care.
