What This Workshop Is About
RISE: Rip & Suspension Experience is a dynamic functional training program designed to build total-body strength, stability, coordination, and power through purposeful movement.
Using the TRX Suspension Trainer and TRX RIP Trainer, this class combines bodyweight resistance, rotational movement, and core-focused exercises to improve balance, mobility, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Training is especially beneficial for golfers, pickleball players, and athletes looking to improve rotational strength and movement efficiency in both sports and everyday life.
This summer program offers a challenging yet adaptable workout experience with progressions for all fitness levels, making it approachable for beginners while still engaging for experienced participants.
