Welcome to program designed specifically for perimenopausal women!
This group meets twice a week, for 6 weeks and the program concentrates on balancing strength and intensity. First session focuses on heavier lifting for muscle and bone strength, and the second session delivers smart, joint-friendly high-intensity conditioning that supports recovery and hormones. Train hard when it serves you, pull back when it matters
