Hybrid fitness racing is exploding in popularity, and for good reason. Combining endurance running with functional strength training, these events challenge athletes of all levels in a fun, high-energy format.
Whether you’re preparing for a 5K, exploring the world of HYROX, gearing up for the Samson Challenge, or simply looking to improve your conditioning, Race Ready is designed to help you build strength, stamina, and confidence.
This progressive summer training program combines running intervals with functional fitness training including:
- Ski-ergs
- Rowing
- Sled pushes & pulls
- Farmer’s carries
- Wall balls
- Functional strength circuits
- Endurance conditioning
Programming is coach-led, scalable for a variety of fitness levels, and designed to help participants improve week after week through structured progression and performance testing.
No race experience required.

Each session builds on the last, helping you steadily improve endurance, pacing, strength, and recovery.
