What This Workshop Is About
Strength in Motion is a kettlebell-focused training program designed to build strength, conditioning, and mobility through intentional, functional movement.
Over this 6-week series, you’ll use kettlebells and bodyweight exercises to develop efficient movement patterns, improve total-body strength, and move with greater control and confidence. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, breath, and safe progression to support long-term performance and injury prevention.
Led by kettlebell technique expert Tracee, who brings 14 years of coaching experience, this program is supportive, educational, and adaptable for all fitness levels.
