Get strong this summer! Join JCC’s brand new offering: Iron Strength & mobility-powerlifting for all fitness levels. You will enjoy performance gains as you learn correct lifting techniques, train with progressive overload and increase your mobility. JCC’s L-1 CrossFit coach and certified yoga instructor, Ryan Harwood is excited to maximize your potential! Classes are 90-min and you can choose a 4-week or 8-week training option.
