Cancellation Policy

A 30 day notice is required to cancel your monthly JCC membership.

Annual memberships do not require a 30 day notice, but if cancelled during the first 11 months, are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations are not accepted over the phone, email or by mail. Cancellations are accepted in the membership office only.

Members will have 30 days from the date of cancellation to use the facility and one final payment will be processed for that 30 day period.
