Master Sushi Chef Shigeru Usuki has more than 40 years of sushi making experience. In this one-time course he will teach you how to make authentic sushi just like professional sushi chefs in Japan. All ingredients will be provided; see list below for more information. Shigeru was formerly head sushi chef at Japanese Kitchen Sushi Bar and is currently the sushi chef for Izanami restaurant at Ten Thousand Waves in Santa Fe.
