Female Functional Core
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am – 10:30am
This class is designed to work the whole body, with emphasis on the core (glutes, abdominals, back and quads). Don’t worry, we won’t forget the arms! This class utilizes free weights, body weight, floor exercise and TRX as well as cables. Ladies, come get a strong body in a small group setting.
