T’ai Chi Chih – Joy Thru Movement is an easy-to-learn moving meditation series of 19 movements and 1 pose designed to balance and circulate the body’s natural energy or “chi.” In T’ai Chi Chih, the concentration is placed in the soles of the feet as we flow forward and back or side-to-side. While
no particular effect is guaranteed, the rhythmic and focused movements cultivate a feeling of being relaxed yet gently energized, like that of having taken an internal bath. A perfect antidote to the stresses of daily life! All are welcome!
